On Saturday, 26th May, investigative journalist Umar Cheema reported that “clean” Imran Khan purchased his Bani Gala estate in a ‘benami transaction’ with his ex-wife Jemima Goldsmith Khan, further contradicting the PTI Chairman’s repeated claims that he bought the property with borrowed money which he repaid after selling a London flat.
